Services & Deliverables
Scope of work will be detailed in each quote/Proposal.
Changes require agreed scope adjustment and pricing.
We deliver work with professional care; timelines estimated in impact-free conditions.
Fees & Payment
Fees outlined in Quote.
Payment schedule: deposit upfront, balance upon delivery or monthly as agreed.
Late payments incur 2% monthly interest on outstanding amounts.
Ownership & Licence
Pre-existing IP stays with creator.
Deliverables: licensed to you on full payment.
We retain right to showcase your site/work in promotional materials.
Confidentiality
Both parties must keep confidential business and technical information received during our engagement.
Data Protection
We comply with the Privacy Policy and UK GDPR. You warrant that any Personal Data you provide us is lawful.
Warranties & Liability
We warrant to perform with reasonable skill & care.
Except for our legal liability under UK law, we exclude indirect or consequential losses.
Our maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant services.
Termination
Either may terminate with 30 days’ notice. You pay for work done up to termination date; we return any of your assets.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, network outages).
Dispute Resolution
Any dispute is governed by UK law. Trying amicable resolution first, then submitting to English courts if unresolved.
General
These Terms supersede prior agreements.
Waiver or partial invalidity does not affect other provisions.
Subcontractors permitted.
Assignment requires written consent (except on corporate sale).
